NEW DELHI: Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank', the Union Human Resource Development Minister has finally announced the date sheet of the exams to be conducted for National Institute of Open School (NIOS) 10th and 12th Board. The exams will begin on July 17, 2020.
The Minister said, "Exams for physics, history, library and information science and Sanskrit grammar for class 12 will be on July 17."

Earlier the exams were scheduled to be conducted between 24 March to 24 April. They had to be postponed because of the rapidly spreading COVID-19 virus and the national lockdown.

CBSE also released a revised date sheet for class 10 and 12 board exams recently. The date sheet contained the leftover subjects of those students who could not appear as the nationwide lockdown got initiated as well as the students of north-east Delhi who couldn't appear due to the ongoing riots in that area. CBSE is scheduled to hold these exams from July 1.
