MUMBAI: Ayushmann Khurrana has spoken about sharing the stage with his upcoming co-star, veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan. The duo will be seen in the forthcoming film 'Gulabo Sitabo' which recently got an OTT release on the platform 'Amazon Prime'.
Ayushmann Says that Big B isn't a selfish actor but a great collaborator indeed. He also believes that the child inside Bachchan is still alive, which adds to the fact of him being a great artist.

The 'Vicky Donor' debutant stated, "I had this notion that he is very serious as a person but he''s got this amazing childlike quality which sets him apart from his contemporaries, he is full of zeal and zest. The child in him is still alive so that makes him an amazing artist."
He further mentioned, "Also I thought he would be very strict on the set but on the contrary, he was very jovial, very interactive and collaborative. I thought he would be immersed in his own lines but he is concerned about his co-actors also."
Khurrana revealed that the legendary superstar helped him a great deal when it came to improvising his lines.
Talking more about that the young actor said, "That was such an eye-opener for me. I remember when I was marking my own lines in the script and he was like why are you marking your own lines you should mark my lines also. That goes to show he believes in the totality of the process, he''s not a selfish actor, he is a collaborator."

The film has been scripted by Juhi Chaturvedi and has been directed by Shoojit Sarkar. Amitabh Bachchan will be portraying the role of Mirza, a landlord of a haveli called 'Fatima Mahal', which is in ramshackles and is situated in the heart of Lucknow. Ayushman will be seen playing the character of Baankey, Mirza's cunning tenant.
