MUMBAI: Veteran actor Anil Kapoor on Saturday has shared a couple of fitness tips, revealing how has maintained a fit physique over the years -- that too without consumption of supplements.

"I made this post to not boast or talk myself up, but to inform you about some simple advice. When it 's about bodybuilding, nothing is beyond us. At different ages, we will work differently to attain great results. If you're asking if you would like to spend tons of cash on supplements to achieve this, the answer is no. I even have not taken any sort of supplements during this process," he wrote on Instagram.

Strengthen your body, build muscle, build immunity, build flexibility. Respect your body. we'd never have this much time available to us ever again," Kapoor added.
