NEW DELHI: Yesterday, the 30th case of coronavirus was reported after a Ghaziabad man was tested positive. Now, the toll increases to 31 with one more person was found to be positive for the deadly virus in the national capital.
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said, "One suspected COVID-19 case has been confirmed as positive." It added that the patient is a resident of Delhi. He has a travel history of Malaysia and Thailand.

However, for now, the man is stable. "The patient is stable and being monitored," said the Ministry. Apart from this, the previous 30 cases that have been reported include three cases from Kerala, who have been successfully cured and has been discharged from the hospital. Other than these, Delhi-NCR reported another three cases and out of those three, two had the travel history from Italy and one had travel history of Iran.
The first Delhi patient allegedly contacted the infection to six of his family members in Agra during the birthday party of his child. One positive case of COVID-19 was reported in Telangana as the patient traveled to Dubai and picked up the infection from a Singapore person.

The Ministry has ensured that infected people are stable and being monitored closely.
