Gandhi took to his official Twitter handle to slam Shah and said that “the thought is good to keep the heart happy”.

On Sunday, while addressing the ‘Bihar Jansamvad’ virtual rally had said: “India’s defence policy has gained global acceptance. The whole world agrees that after USA and Israel if there is any other country that is able to protect its borders, it is India."

The home minister said that rally held through video conferencing was to bring the people of the country together amid the deadly COVID-19 outbreak. He said that the rally had no connection with the Assembly polls due in the state later this year.

While talking at the virtual rally, Shah covered topics ranging from the milestones achieved under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the indomitable spirit of nation’s ‘corona warriors’ in India’s fight against the coronavirus outbreak.
