MUMBAI: Celebs are more prone to stalking and hacking considering how much they are being loved by their fans. Hina Khan, who is debuting in Bollywood with the movie 'Hacked', revealed how a person used to continuously stalk her and it was in the recent times only when she blocked one of his numbers.
While being in an interview, the 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' actress told Pinkvilla how that stalker used to send her videos where he can be seen howling. She said, "There are stalkers since we are public figures and people love us. So, there have been instances where fans stand in front of your building for days. But it is okay. But, there is this guy who still exists. This guy started off by sending messages. I don’t know him, and he started sending me long videos where he is howling. You would start feeling for him, and I texted back saying he needs to chill and that he needs to understand. But he didn’t."

She further continued how that person used to threaten her saying that he would slit his wrist or leave the house. She said, "He started threatening me that he will slit his wrists or leave the house and I got scared. He used to leave me messages saying he will meet me at 1 PM but how, who, where, nothing at all. I used to fret leaving the house at that time. He has changed almost 20 numbers. Recently again, I blocked his number."
'Hacked' is a psychological thriller directed by Vikram Bhatt that deals with cyber crimes with major attention on crimes against women like stalking. Talking about her movie, Khan said that she was a little skeptical about taking a concept that has never been dealt with. But with this movie, she hopes to give strength to many women in the world who choose to remain quiet after any such incident.
The movie will be releasing this Friday that is 7th February.
