MUMBAI: After releasing several posters of the movie, the trailer of Kartik-Bhumi-Ananya starrer 'Pati, Patni Aur Woh' finally came out a few hours ago and fans are all hearts for it.

'Pati, Patni Aur Woh' is a remake of 1978 comedy movie of the same name and pretty much covers the original story with some modern twists. The 2 minutes and 44 seconds trailer presents the roller coaster ride of Abhinav Tyagi's (Kartik Aaryan) life. He is an engineer in Uttar Pradesh and is married to Bhumi Pednekar. However, no matter how pretty and loyal his wife is, Abhinav is not happy with his marriage especially when he meets his new colleague, Tapasya. (Ananya Panday)

Wanting something extra in his sexual life, Tyagi starts impressing Tapasya by all means while she is unaware that he is married. When she comes to know and asks him that he did not tell her that he was a married man, Abhinav lied to her that his wife is having an affair. He tells her so many things that went wrong in his marriage that Tapasya develops a sympathetic attitude towards him.

How will Tyagi handle the whole situation, shuttling between "Patni" and "Woh" is what the whole story is about. He obviously tries to hide his relationship with his colleague from his wife but how far he goes with all the lies is what we have to see in the movie.

Besides the story, the trailer also gives us a glimpse of some songs that has been recreated for the movie. These songs are Govinda's 90s hit "Akhiyon Se Goli Mare"  and singer Tony Kakkar's "Dheeme Dheeme".

The movie is helmed by Mudassar Aziz and also features Ayushmann Khurrana's brother Aparshakti Khurrana in a prominent role. It will be released on December 6th, 2019 and seems promising enough to welcome the audience to the theatres.
