MUMBAI: How many times have we seen Kangana Ranaut's sister Rangoli Chandel taking unnecessary digs at celebrities? Yes, even we don't have the exact count! Just when you would have thought that Rangoli has been quiet in a while, she quickly comes in news for criticizing any Bollywood actor and this time her target is Ranveer Singh.
On Friday, she found a childhood picture that went viral of the Gully Boy star partying with star kids Ranbir Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor. And guess what? It was like a bait for the fish, here referring to Rangoli. She instantly retweeted the picture and questioned Ranveer's 'Bollywood's outsider' status.

The tweet was randomly by a person where the picture showed little Ranveer Singh at a birthday party along with Ranbir and Sonam. The guy wrote a sarcastic comment that read, "Look at this Outsider actor Ranveer Singh and his real struggle. Poor guy was attending parties in childhood with dharavi slum kids Ranbir Kapoor, Sonam kapoor. Such a Pity. MC Shera @SiddhantChturvD wud emphatise with him #AnanyaPanday would probably cry. #nepotism."

Soon after, Rangoli came and instantly voiced her opinion about how an ideal 'Bollywood outsider' should be. She wrote in a series of tweets, "People with rich parents who have access to connections and opportunities don’t qualify as outsiders, people coming from small villages who can’t speak English and studied in small schools, have no money to buy fancy clothes and treated badly because of these three factors even though they have huge talent and competence are the ones who need special attention and our compassion, let’s empower the underprivileged."

We all get it about whom she is talking! Don't we? And while we have no doubts that Kangana Ranaut is an outsider who won over purely through her talent, there is no denying that Ranveer too has struggled a lot and has reached to such glory only because of his mindblowing acting skills and definitely the aura he carries.

Ranveer's family does have a close connection with Anil Kapoor's family as the former's mother knew the latter's wife very well. Back in 2014 in an interview, Ranveer referred to Anil as his idol with whom it was his honor to work with. He said, "I don’t know how to describe it to people. I have no filmi background. I loved watching films and used to enjoy them so much that I decided to become an actor. I always observed these guys, and they inspired me. Now, I’m working with my idol."
