MUMBAI: Popular actress Lisa Ray has said that she thought Bani J is an extremely shy kind of person when they first began to shoot their web series '4 More Shots Please', where the duo stars as a same-sex couple.
Recalling the incident when they met for the first time, Lisa said, "I joined the show after some back and forth due to personal commitments. During our first reading together was when I met my co-star Bani."

She continued, "I went in and sat next to her, and she was like talking in this whisper and then looked at me and I was like, 'wow, this is a problem!' How are we going to do this? She was so shy."
The show '4 More Shots Please!' also stars Sayani Gupta, Kriti Kulhari, Maanvi Gagroo apart from Bani J.
Bani was apparently present when Lisa was reciting the incident while trying to defend herself she simply replied, "I was just trying not to spook her so she wouldn't leave."
The show revolves around the lives of 4 unapologetically flawed women who each have their own kind of struggles as they move ahead in their lives. The show deals with the topics of feminism, body image issues, LGBTQ, female sexuality and single parenthood.

The second season of the show is all set to release on 17 April 2020, on the streaming giant, Amazon Prime video.
