LUCKOW: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister has ordered to open all the private hospitals in the state immediately which are closed due to the nationwide lockdown in view of the novel coronavirus.
The owners of those private hospitals said that they were closed as the staff was unable to come to the hospitals due to the 21 days' lockdown. As essential services were open across the country, hospitals do come under these services.

All the District Magistrates of all districts of the state were issued orders by the state government on Monday that action should be taken if private hospitals continue to remain closed.
R.K Tiwari, Chief Secretary, said that patients can be treated in the hospitals following social distancing. He further added that the availability of medicines and medical staff is necessary and strict actions will be taken against those hospital operators who violate these instructions.
