MUMBAI: We always hear women always being into the concept of celebrating Women's day. But Bollywood actress, Kiara Advani feels differently. She has revealed that women should be honoured and celebrated during all the other 364 days within the year too! Now, that is one unconventional yet very refreshing perspective to put on the table.
The actress says, "Every day should be Women's Day and every day should be celebrated. Why just one day? I feel every single day belongs to us!" Now that's the spirit! We sincerely hope people do indeed take it into consideration and women get the recognition they deserve all the time, instead of just one day. Meanwhile, the actress has been busy promoting the film 'Guilty', which came out on Netflix yesterday i.e. 6 March 2020.

Although we live in a country where heartbreaking and gruesome news regarding discrimination against women in various ways always make the headlines, Kiara has happy that people have finally begun to address the situations and start a conversation.
"Earlier these conversations would always be suppressed. We would never have these conversations. Today, we are finally tapping into those uncomfortable conversations. While the rate of rape is alarming in our country, we all need to fight against it. The fact that these conversations have started is one step closer to the ultimate goal. I'm hoping that stricter laws are implemented against these kinds of crimes," said the 'MS Dhoni' fame.
Her film 'Guilty' revolves around an incident where a not so popular girl accuses an overly privileged guy of rape. She is playing the role of 'Nanki', the girlfriend of the accused.
