The actress announced the big news on her Instagram handle by sharing a piece of article written by an international website. She wrote, "Cannot wait to work alongside the super talented Madden Richard and incredible Russo Brothers on this new series. Get ready! Citadel will be a multi-layered global franchise with interconnected local language productions from India, Italy and Mexico. It will truly be global content. More details soon."
This is not the first time that Priyanka is in collaboration with Amazon Prime. The announcement came around the first anniversary of Priyanka and Nick Jonas that she along with her husband will be hosting a sangeet-themed dance reality show for the platform. While being asked on the same, Priyanka had a sweet reply and said, "Nick and I re-watched our own Sangeet celebration videos on the occasion of our 1 year anniversary. The togetherness of our friends and families sparked the same kind of warmth and excitement as it did on the day of the celebration. Sangeet is a centuries-old Indian wedding tradition not only about the union of two families but also focus on the bonding and introduction of the families."
